LEIRA Digital is a boutique marketing agency specializing in hospitality, travel, and lifestyle brands—from buzzy restaurants and rooftop bars to boutique hotels, resorts, and experiential venues. We create scroll-stopping content that doesn’t just look good, but actually drives interest, bookings, and buzz.

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes visual storytelling, understands hospitality culture, and knows how to capture moments that make people say “I need to go there.”

If you love being behind the camera, thrive in dynamic environments, and know how to turn real-world experiences into high-performing social content—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content for hospitality brands (restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, events, resorts)

  • Create platform-ready content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more (Reels, Stories, short-form video, carousels)

  • Edit content with a strong sense of pacing, mood, and brand aesthetic

  • Follow creative direction while also contributing your own ideas and visual instincts

  • Attend on-site shoots, events, openings, and experiences as needed

  • Organize and deliver content assets clearly and on time

  • Stay current on social trends, audio, formats, and best practices—especially in hospitality and lifestyle

  • Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s voice, style, and goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience creating social media content for hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or experiential brands

  • Strong skills in content capture (iPhone + camera experience welcome)

  • Strong editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, InShot, or similar)

  • A sharp eye for lighting, composition, movement, and storytelling

  • Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok culture (what performs, what converts, what feels elevated)

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, real-world environments (restaurants, events, nightlife settings)

  • Portfolio or social links required that clearly demonstrate your skills and style

  • Have worked with hotels, restaurants, bars, or nightlife brands

  • Are confident capturing content in public or live environments

  • Understand brand strategy—not just aesthetics
